Asher Yatzar

Translation: Blessed are You YaHVaH Eloheynu, King of the Universe, who formed the man in wisdom, and created in him all manner of openings & cavities.

It’s obvious & known before the throne of Your glory that if there would be ruptured one of them, or would be blocked one of them, it would be impossible to survive and to stand in Your presence, for even one hour.

Blessed are You YaHVaH, who heals all flesh & is wondrous in His acts.

Elohai N’shamah

Translation: My God, the soul you placed in me is pure, You created it, You fashioned it, You breathed it into me, and You preserve it within me, and You will take it from me, and henceforth restore it to me in the time to come.

All the time that the soul is within me, I give thanks in Your presence, YaHVaH, my God, and God of my fathers, Master of all creation, Lord of all souls. Blessed are You YaHVaH, the restorer of souls to those who have been asleep.😪

Viyhiy Ratzon

Translation: And may it be the Will from Your presence, YaHVaH our God, and God of our fathers, for teaching us Your Torah and adhering us in Your commandments.

And do not bring us neither into the influence of error, and not into the influence of transgression and sin, and not into the influence of temptation, and not into the influence of scorn, and not cause to rule over us the evil thoughts.

And keep us away from evil men, and evil friends.

And let our adherence be in good thoughts and in deeds of goodness.

And compel our thoughts to be subservient to You.

And show to us this day and every day grace, and mercy, and kindness in Your eyes, and in the eyes of all who see us, and give to us good mercies.

Blessed are You YaHVaH, who gives good mercies to His people, Yisrael.
