Caution

I caution everyone to be very careful on which Passover/Pesach Seder you attend. There are some being advertised and performed that are not the traditional Seder. Rather, they push their own doctrines and ministry without bringing in the reasons for the Seder. Remember, the Passover means two things. It is the festival of Unleavened Bread commanded in the Torah for us to observe and it is the celebration of Yeshua’s deliverance of all from sin by being our Passover Lamb. Shalom.

5779 New Year

5779 NEW YEAR, or is it 6024?

When do you believe the New Year starts? The rabbinical calendar (or should I say secular) starts in the Fall at Tishri 1. Yet, the Biblical calendar says Abiyb (now called Nissan) is the first of the months of the year.

Ask which is the true New Year Day? And when do we start the New Year? Are we in 5779? Did we go wrong on the years too? By my calculations we should be in the year 6023. Research it all out and ask yourself what the true NEW YEAR is.

Spring is the time of rebirth. It makes sense that YaHVaH would choose the Springtime as the beginning of the Year. So why did the Rabbis change it to the fall? Abiyb, the Biblical New Year is in the Spring. Fri, 05 April 2019 at sundown (1st of Nisan, 5779). The first six months of the Jewish calendar are Nissan, Iyar, Sivan, Tammuz, Av and Elul. The final six months of the Jewish calendar are Tishri, Cheshvan, Kislev, Tevet, Shevat and Adar. On leap years, a thirteenth month is added to the end of the Jewish year. If this true, then why do we see the calendar listed as below:

Notice how the Calendar for 5779 is started on 1st of Tishrei? But why, if this is the 7th month? So, should the New Year 5779 begin on Tishrei or Abiyb? And, should we be in 5780 instead of 5779?

Valentine donations

  From the Missions

Today, Central City Baptist Church donated several packages of products for the homeless ministry. The Church wants to make this a monthly endeavor. YaHVaH has really blessed this ministry with Pastor Torres and his wife, Nina.

We would like to thank all those who helped and provided the products for this purpose.

Happy New Year USA

As many of you know, the Hebrew New Year isn’t the same as the USA New Year. Today is New Year’s Eve for the US and many other countries. Enjoy yourselves, but be safe and don’t over do it. Shalom.

No compromise

Joshua was given a promise that everywhere his feet traveled he would have that land for the people of Israel. However, Joshua compromised.

Today, we compromise also by giving up our territory to those who don’t know Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus Christ). We don’t evangelize, don’t teach our kids about God like we should, and more; all in the name of political correctness to not offend anyone. Well I’m sorry, the Gospel offends ad it is supposed to, yet YaHVaH had given you power to go and proclaim Him and His Salvation through His Son, Yeshua (Jesus). Everywhere your feet go, you can spread the Good News.

It isn’t to be shut up in the synagogue or church building only on Shabbat or Sunday. It isn’t just for the Pastor or Rabbi to tell. YOU TELL ALL whom you meet everywhere you go. YaHVaH will give you the victory if you properly prepare through prayer and reading His Word.

ALL OF US NEED TO BE MORE EVANGELIZISTIC. SPREAD THE GOOD NEWS of YaHVaH’s salvation, peace and blessings.

Min. Garrett.
